Petronilla HohenwARTer opens TAKE AWAY art project in Vienna

The artist, Petronilla Hohenwarter, is telling people what she sees and feels from everyday news, and the conclusions she draws. A VISUAL expression using colours and words and simplicity in small pieces – with a LARGE message! …. that many people seek beauty without seeing the beauty that already exists in themselves, in others, or in the world around them. “…it’s my point of view” – and a view that through this project, you can see, hear and challenge!

As guest artist in the project - Anja LISTL also shows transparency and simplicity using glass in her art. Using natural materials, giving a reflection of someone’s beauty… a product and a message, if you can SEE through it.

TAKE AWAY ART originated during her study in South-East Asia few years ago. The pieces of work contain a living individuality and activate the individual awareness, stimulate the taste of our senses, as they clear and refine our mind… work which is in origin spontaneous and experimental, appeals to the spirit of the moment, brings colour to your life, embodies liveliness and is a stimulation - a natural force for a smiling face ….. The unique TAKE AWAY pieces in this show bring value and meaning, reduce the complexity of life, and have real significance. A simple artwork from a loving heart brings joy, pleasure and happiness to another or to many. Once the small everyday pieces are valued, then the bigger world can also be valued more.
