A true Chiffon Pettiskirt (not that easy to find with all the junk out there) is 2 or 3 layers (we have 3 on many of ours) of silky soft denier 15 Chiffon . There are 3 tiers and a nylon/satin yoke waist area. Inside that waist area is a hidden button which allows for adjustments in waist sizes. At the waist is a fabulous double sided satin bow.
