Numerous strict compliance was imposed by I. C.A.O to C.A.A.P (Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines) which CAAP implemented to various organizations in the Philippines.
The present Director General Ramon S. Gutierrez was appointed by the current President Benigno Aquino III to further improve the Aviation Industry in this country.
As of December 23, 2010, Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines issued Strike Wing Aviation its approved Training Organization Certificate (A.T.O.C)
as symbol the the said organization hes satisfactory complied the strict requirements that was imposed.
The A.T.O.C approved Training Organization Certificate is the permanent substitute to the Air Agency Certificate (AAC).
