(Free-Press-Release.com) September 22, 2011 --
Pastor David Stambovsky of Greater Grace Church of the Berkshires and Scott Garber, a Pittfield chiropractor will be heading to Romania in October to support Children’s Hospitals through The Firm Foundation – Romania. The foundation was formed to provide help and support to children who are abandoned in area hospitals due to financial crisis. They began by providing and changing diapers for children and have created a foundation based on this simple idea. Ongoing projects include providing transit to bring the children home, diaper drives, family sponsorship, MOMS project, and the wood project.
Pastor Stambovsky and Dr. Garber will be donating their time and resources to providing spiritual guidance and chiropractic care to these children. They will be visiting the local hospitals from October 4th – October 15th. Dr. Garber will also be treating additional local people on an as needed basis, as two weeks of treatments can make a significant difference. It is their goal to provide help and relief to these children, and educate the local hospitals on the benefits of chiropractic care.
Pastor Stambovsky first became involved through the Greater Grace International School, an English International private school serving children from 12 different countries. He has been visiting Romania since 2006.
Dr. Scott Garber opened Chiropracticworks in 2006 and it continues to be his goal to educate people on the benefits of chiropractic work. Dr. Garber offers a gentle, safe, and effective treatment using the most technologically advanced methods available.
