Planet Athlete National Holiday Invitational Showcase, Dec 29-31, 2011

East Orange -- Free-Press-Release.com-- Nov 27, 2011 -- East Orange, NJ. November 27, 2011. — Planet Athlete, Inc. announces its 2011 National Holiday Invitational Showcase. This year the event is set for Plainfield High School in Plainfield, New Jersey on December 29-31, 2011. Each year Planet Athlete strives to present and host the best National Holiday Invitational Showcase in the USA, and this year we have done it again.

The Showcase will feature St. Benedict’s Prep of Newark, New Jersey, one of the Top 100 High School Teams in the USA according to ESPN, and Rivals, along with Quality Education, of Winston-Salem, North Carolina, the Number 1 High School Team in North Carolina, and a Top 50 High School Team; REDA National of Toronto, Ontario featuring 15 of the Top 100 Players in Canada; Princeton Day, a Top 100 High School Team, Life Center, the #5 High School Team in New Jersey for 2011. Piscataway High, a Top 20 NJ High School Team, East Orange Campus, Mckee Staten Island Tech, Paul Robeson, Franklin High School, Life Center, Redemption Christian Academy, and of Course State Champions, Plainfield High School, who ended the Season by #4 in the State of New Jersey.

“We are absolutely thrilled to host the 2011 National Holiday Invitational Showcase in Plainfield, New Jersey. Plainfield is an exciting City that loves basketball. Plainfield has opened its arms to us, and the community is 100 Percent behind the Plainfield High School Team. The teams invited represent some of the best teams in their class, and we have some of the Top 100 players in the USA, and Canada according to ESPN, Rivals, Max Preps, etc. We also have over 20 NCAA Division One players in this event”, said Eric Bowman, Tournament Director.
