Please can you Help spine injury patient?

I was injured as a longhaul trucker in july 06, denied workers comp by private out of state company, I have been 6 years without a dollar,I fell off a flatbed semi truck load of lumber, from 15 feet up while tarping it, i jammed my spine on 6 vertebraes, i cant stand more than 5 minutes, i have no bathroom control, walking is very hard, standing is hard, i had welfare until last month, I can supply anyone with documantation, i am asking for any donations , change, 1 dollar, gift cards, gas cards, food, i have been begging for a wheel chair, but have not gotten one yet. if anyone has a powerchair sitting around, plz donate, i am 46, i was injured right at 40 years old, PLEASE ANYONE DONATE ANYTHING THAT CAN HELP, ANYTHING IS MORE THAN APPRECIATED. my address is chuck williams 8905 n country homes blvd spokane, wa 99218 509-465-4005
