(Free-Press-Release.com) April 20, 2011 -- PMSI-Professional Marketing Services, Inc., was awarded the contract for all promotional item sales within New York State, over 50 of the top promotional merchandise suppliers currently contracted with the Rockland County Purchasing Department.

The contract is valid for 3 years and is applicable to all New York State municipalities, school districts, towns and special services.
