PreDiabetes - The Facts
Hi Rosie Here
People are aware I promote the Fat Burning Furnace Program on the www.dozieroisepublisher.com site, and I want you to be aware that this Blog is a serious one, not one of my light hearted dozie's. I am fully committed to help people live a longer healthier lifestyle.
Checking some of my previously received E-Mails I re-read one from a colleague, Buck Rizvi, and it jolted me to campaign even harder and vigorously. In the past I have written about how to reduce the risk of Diabetes, and how it can be beaten by healthy eating. I became involved in this as one of my family was diagnosed as a Diabetic.
The E-mail explains about diagnosing a PreDiabetic condition. It emphasises this is a serious medical condition. I felt it my duty to let others read the E-mail. It concurs all my beliefs and I know that I could not do a better job.
This is a world wide problem and requires action now. I believe all nutritionist's should be concentrating their efforts to reduce this insidious illness. The facts and information should be seen by as many people as possible. I hope that you can feel free to tell others about this condition. I desire as many people as possible should know. I hope my bringing his E-mail to your attention will kickstart lots and lots of people to be aware of this illness and take prevenative action.

Hello,
I just heard from a good friend who's been diagnosed prediabetic.
I never really paid attention to prediabetes before. But once he brought it to my attention, and because he's a good friend, I decided I needed to do a little research.
Here's what I found:
Prediabetes is a serious medical condition. I didn't know this, but it can cause heart and circulatory system problems.
From my understanding, prediabetics are people with an elevated blood sugar level, but one that's not yet high enough to be considered type II diabetes.
And 79 million people in the US are prediabetic.
In fact I found this article on the American Diabetes website that explains it better than I can.
What's interesting is that modest lifestyle changes, like simple exercise and losing 5% to 10% of body weight, could make such a huge difference.
In fact, a 58% lower chance of getting type II diabetes ...
That's huge!
And yeah, you read that right. Losing only 5 to 10% of body weight is all it takes.
That means, if a 200 pound person lost 10 - 20 pounds, they'd cut their chance of getting type II diabetes in half. Add in walking every other day ... you've just made yourself way healthier.
Now, I used to think a diabetic only had to watch their sugar intake.
Not so. They have to watch *much more* than just the sugar they put in their mouth. Foods with complex starches turn into sugar through digestion.
That means, a diabetic also has to watch foods such as bread, peas, corn, potatoes, rice, noodles, etc.
Basically every dish has to be scrutinized.
I don't know about you, but eating is something I really enjoy. I love the taste of food, the texture of food, the smell ... you name it, I love food.
And I lost more than 40 pounds, while still eating the food I love.
I did exactly what the prediabetes site I mentioned above recommended. I shed those pounds by watching the amount of food I ate and modestly exercising (all while curbing my appetite and increasing my energy levels).
I used common sense and lost that weight in a safe and healthy manner. But, I had some help from Ultimate Trim.
I consider myself lucky, because I wasn't prediabetic. I already had enough on my plate without adding that to the mix.
My friend has a lot of studying to do to bring his health back to optimal. But I know he can do it.
And, if you're in he same boat, I know you can too!
Remember, small changes in your lifestyle today can make a huge difference in the quality of your life tomorrow!
Here's to YOUR Health!
