Prenatal Yoga Classes at The Yoga Fusion in San Ramon - First Class FREE

San Ramon, California, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) February 13, 2012 -- San Ramon mothers-to-be rejoice! The Yoga Fusion now offers prenatal yoga classes with pregnancy yoga instructor Praveena Chinthaluri.

Yoga is one of the best forms of exercise available to pregnant women. As Gloria Persico, owner of The Yoga Fusion states, "For me, the practice of yoga has always been learning how to be comfortable with being uncomfortable, on and off the mat." This is especially true during pregnancy, when a woman must deal with an incredible amount of changes in her body.

For Praveena, now a mother, yoga was a way of life growing up in India, from age 11. She is a certfied 200 hour Yoga Alliance teacher and studied with master teachers Donald Moyers and Mary Lou Weprin at The Yoga Room in Berkeley, CA. She is also a certified Judith Lasater's Relax and Renew restorative teacher. Her classes include attention to alignment and form, breathwork and meditation. She believes and honors in providing a safe space for students to explore and strengthen their mind and bodies with the practice.

The Yoga Fusion is run by Gloria Mazza Persico and Greg Riley, two long-time practitioners and teachers.
