Bandung, Indonesia – October 21, 2010 – According to the Minister of Industry Regulation No. 49 years 2009 (Permenperind No. 49/M-IND/PER/5/2009), who followed Presidential Instruction No. 2 of 2009, the government requires that all agencies within the government to use domestic products which have specific level of Domestic Component (TKDN) and give price preference to firms certified bidders who have TKDN.

Elda Sarana Informatika, has received certification from the Ministry of Industry in the form of achievements TINGKAT KOMPONEN DALAM NEGERI or TKDN (DOMESTIC COMPONENTS LEVEL) endorsed by the Head of Data and Information Department from the Ministry of Industry, Haris Munandar N., in Jakarta on May 19, 2009, with a value of 40.08%. Standardization of TKDN

Requirements of Domestic Component Level or TKDN is the implementation of Presidential Decree No. 80/2003 Article 44 and Article 40 on the Use of Domestic Production. Presidential Decree No. 80/2003 is used as the basis of arrangements to improve Increased Use of Domestic Production and followed up with the advent of the Minister of Industry Regulation No: 11/M-IND/PER/3/2006. Standardization of TKDN originally announced by the government because of very high use of imported goods in Indonesia resulted in low performance and utilization of national industry. If this condition is left constantly without any effort to be comprehensive and integrated from various stakeholders, such as community, government, and employers, the national industry will slowly decline and even experienced bankruptcy. Thus, with TKDN requirements, intended to encourage manufacturing industries in the country in order to use as many components / factors of production that comes from within the country.

ESITrack H360 GPS Tracking System is a vehicle tracking device that uses GPS (Global Positioning System) technology by utilizing GPRS and GSM networks as data transmission lines.
