Prison Coaches Weighs in on Dominique Straus-Kahn's surviving in Riker’s Island.

I suspect they will place him in the North Infirmary Command due to the notoriety of his case” Fuller further stated.
Fuller summed up the discussion about Dominique Straus’s safety concerns at Rikers adding “He’d better hope the courts will allow him to post bail. Corrections officers in Riker’s have a history of turning a blind eye while inmates go to war and on several occasions have participated in it themselves. Steve and I had several clients pass through Rikers while the Rikers Island Fight Club known as The Program was in full effect. They were fortunate to take advantage of our training which benefited them greatly.”
