Pro Auto Care of Denver is Going Green!

United States of America -- Free-Press-Release.com-- Jan 21, 2011 -- Pro Auto Care Inc, located in Denver and Littleton, CO is proud to announce that they have taken more steps to be a GREENER company and have a more positive impact on the environment.

In addition to providing complete automotive repair for the last 19 years, they have been actively converting Toyota Prius's to Plug in Hybrid Electric Vehicles (PHEV). Increasing the fuel economy to 100+ mpg is just a small part of what they do. They now recycle 85-90% of their waste; in the front office some of these items include office paper, toner cartridges, newspapers, water bottles etc.

In the shop they have an oil burning heater, so they can heat the shop by burning the waste oil from vehicles. Other items we recycle include; antifreeze, cardboard and all paper products, glass, scrap metal from vehicles, oil filters, used tires, and lead acid batteries. Every effort has been made to recycle the most we can.
