PRO Elite Was Rockin’ Vegas: An Update from the PROs of Success by Mike Farrell with aspenIbiz

MME8 was held Oct 15th & 16th 2011 at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas.

Farrell reported that John Jackson (JJ) was Master of Ceremonies for the event and he began by asking each of us in the audience what we would say, every day, to inspire a community of online entrepreneurs. Being the servant leader that he is, JJ does this every day on the morning wake-up call. He spends 8 – 12 minutes at the beginning of his day, every day prior to the call, searching for a piece of insight that will have an impact on the community. He does this knowing full well that we will never be able to pay him back; this is one of the ways JJ serves the PRO Elite community every day.

In the next session, Jay Kubassek, founder and CEO of PRO Elite, suggested that you already have 99% of what you need to be successful as an entrepreneur… he calls this your “X” factor. He said you need to figure out the 1% that is missing and build skills in this area as well as fine-tune and maintain the 99% you already have.

Farrell indicated that the following topics were covered in the training sessions presented during the event: Getting visitors to your website; Setting yourself apart by developing your brand and your Unique Selling Points; Creating your offer so that it creates belief in your message as the brain favors belief over data; and Training your team to duplicate your business success. A very popular session during the event presented what is Hot Right Now and covered these topics: Facebook PPC, Banner Advertising, Contact Marketing, SEO, Email Marketing, Sales Funnels, and Online Marketing with a Webinar Machine.

An experienced Internet Marketer, Ann Sieg, who recently joined PRO Elite was recognized on stage during MME8. During her session Farrell said she was very surprised, in a positive way, at the depth of leadership within PRO. She encouraged others pursuing entrepreneurialism and a career in Internet Marketing, to seriously consider joining PRO because of the powerful leaders within the PRO community and their commitment and capabilities to teach and develop leaders.

She concluded the session on Leadership with a key and often overlooked point. She said that in order to be a leader of others, you have to first lead yourself to achieve the results that you desire.

Another key presentation was provided by Andrew J Cass and his message showed how to Leverage the PRO U Pay Plan. Cass explained that PRO Elite is the most innovative eLearning environment for Internet Marketing and PRO U is the most compelling Top Tier opportunity in the Direct Selling Industry. Cass described the PRO U product line as specialized training for the New Economy.
