PSP And 12bet Aid Thai Flood Victims—Almost Half A Million Baht Donated

Thai Red Cross and TV Channel 3 (Krobkruakao 3), two of Thailand’s most respected organizations, received the donations.

Fueled by their commitment to uphold a strong corporate responsibility, PSP and 12BET immediately lend their helping hand to those who are severely affected by the harsh floods. In November alone, PSP and 12bet donated THB 200,000 to the Thai Red Cross. Such amount would be used to purchase additional relief materials such as medicine kits, clothes, pillow, blankets and most importantly food. Due to the unexpected calamity, acquiring these goods had been very difficult to many. This is most especially true to areas and regions that were heavily submerged in water. Delivering assistance also proved to be very difficult. PSP and 12BET, however, strongly believe that no amount of help is too little during hostile circumstances.

Unfortunately for Thailand, the flooding continued until the latter part of 2011. Once again, without any doubt, PSP and 12BET rushed to the victims’ aid. This time, two donations were consecutively made. The first donation was THB 140,000 and the last one, THB 120,000. Now ask PSP and 12Bet where did all their generosity come from? The two simply emphasized the spirit of brotherhood and cooperation.

PSP and 12BET, two of the well-regarded BPO firms in the Philippines are known for their philanthropic activities. The companies believed that via showing concrete examples, this could help further motivate their employees in helping others. Such activities were also aimed to strengthen the company’s organizational culture and societal contributions.

The 2011 Thailand flood occurred during the latter part of July. Provinces from the southern part of the country, even its capital city, Bangkok, were deeply affected by the natural disaster.
