Persuaded to try on a ridiculously expensive dress, she noticed it was the same color as her daughter’s green pea baby food. Right then it hit her -- Why are there no children’s lines designed to disguise the mess kids create?

Samantha set out on a quest to find a sustainable fabric that hides the fact that kids wear what they eat! And she did! Eco-friendly Pukies merge fashion and function. Pukies will also introduce their new Buggies ™ collection with Insect Shield® at the 2009 ABC Kids Expo. The Buggies collection pairs the brilliance of Soy Genius fabric with the safe, effective protection of Insect Shield in apparel for infants and toddlers. Buggies are currently the only line of infant and toddler playwear with built-in Insect Shield bug protection. The Buggies collection consists of bodysuits, long and short sleeve T-shirts, leg protectors, hats, shorts/skorts and pants for both boys and girls. Size offerings are infant 0-24 months and toddlers up to 4T.
