FLORENCE, Oregon (February 9, 2012) – “Vladimir Putin's opponents vowed on Sunday to press on with demonstrations against his 12-year domination of Russia after tens of thousands attended a march which kept up the momentum of their protest movement”, Timothy Heritage from the Reuters writes. “Waving flags and banners, protesters marched within sight of the red-brick Kremlin walls and towers on Saturday, chanting ‘Russia without Putin!’ and ‘Give us back the elections!’”
Since Putin’s party’s questioned win on the Russian parliamentary elections last December 4, a lot of movements, marches, and demonstrations have already been put to work to voice out the Russian people’s voices: that they’ve had enough of Vladimir Putin and his 12 long years of being in the limelight of Russian politics, 4 of which he served as the country’s prime minister and some 8 years as its president.
“When I saw the thermometer was at minus 22 C (-7.6 F) in the morning, I thought no more than 10,000-15,000 people would turn up. Thank God, I was very wrong. Muscovites turned out to be more determined, stronger and persistent than I thought,” opposition politician Boris Nemtsov wrote in a blog.
In retaliation, the Russian leader’s handful of supporters also staged their own rallies, in support for him, but failed to build the momentum the opposition rallies have brought about. Indeed with the opposition’s tireless efforts of rallying and such – even if Putin is expected to win another six years of terms as Russia’s head of state in the March elections – The Russian tyrant’s superiority and honor are now being largely questioned and has truly damaged his public relations for the worst.
But whether it be Putin’s party or the opposition’s, they’ll be in sure need of a Conference Facility where they can hold their electoral meetings and talk of various approaches on how to win the favor of the masses. And with the nearing of the elections, campaign efforts are now being intensified in hopes of leading Russia, a great nation in the world.
The Conference center they need to choose must be situated in a place of much distinction, say New York for example, for it to add more force and gravity on the campaign and let the voters see the candidate’s superiority. And while things are serious, an exhibition hall situated in a famous city can also provide ample relaxation AND public relations for more edge before the battle draw to a close. With the best conference, any candidate can be sure to build up the perfect momentum it be synchronized with the masses’ heed for right governance.
