All combined the Water Park offers almost 175,000 gallons of Splashtastic℠ fun for families throughout the Southwest!

The Hotel and Water Park facility also features Arcadia℠, a family entertainment center- with a 50- game video arcade for kids of all ages. About Jim Metzger

As the General Manager for the Radisson Albuquerque Hotel & Water Park, Jim Metzger’s past management experience includes several water parks including Kalahari and Great Wolf Lodge. As a part of the Lodge’s opening team, he is no stranger to the development, introduction and management of a Water Park. Metzger is a graduate of Cornell University’s General Manager Program, received his BA from Eastern Kentucky University and brings more than 20 years of hospitality management experience, from multiple casino properties, including the Hollywood Casino in Shreveport, LA, to deluxe historic hotels such as the Brazilian Court in Palm Beach, FL and the Union Station in Nashville, TN.

About Arthur ‘Coop’ Cooper

Arthur Cooper, known as ‘Coop’, is a 25 year veteran of hospitality with extensive operations, marketing and sales experience in Marriott, Renaissance and Radisson brands, along with independent hotels. Cooper also brings strong Water Park expertise to the operation, as most recently, he held the Director of Sales & Marketing position for the Clock Tower Resort and Conference Center, home of CoCo Key Water Resort outside of Chicago.
