I am not a seasoned Network Marketer that has been in the game for years. But I came to a realization a little while ago that Network Marketing is a "People Business". That is the secret to building a successful business, its to connect with people and to be honest with every lead that contacts you. My personal view on my home business is that of a football team. Now I am the Quarterback of the team, but no matter how much I work and keep listeing to these guys preach about all you have to do is recruit, recruit, recruit. I realized without those 10 other guys on that Football field each doin there job, I the Quarterback am useless against the oppostion. That oppostion being the big and strong Network Marketing Business

That is why I want to build my business with a solid foundation of people that I can develop close relationships with. Also I want to share every bit of information I have about Network Marketing and the strategies I have learned. I often see people that charge for information. But I couldn't charge one of my sponsors for my information. As the Leader or Quarterback of the team, I am going to help my team overcome any problem they face. That builds that close bond with the team, and that I truly believe is the best way to achieve your dreams in the home based business.

Imagine for a moment this situation. (Those of you who don't know football bear with me, this is relevant.) Imagine if the great Joe Montana did not have a good offensive line in front of him to protect him from the defense charging at him. Because when he looked across that football field, he was looking at a reciever called Jerry Rice. Some say he is the greatest reciever of all time. Now imagine if for most of every game Joe Montana keeps getting pressured and does not get to throw the ball to Jerry Rice because he keeps getting pressured and sacked all the time.

You see my point. It is because Joe Montana had a good offensive line in front of him that allowed him the time to see and throw many touchdowns to Jerry Rice. Now for my business I want the people that I sponsor to be like those offensive lineman. And with a good team of sponsors under me that want to learn and succeed in relationship building and developing relationships with there sponsors as well. We can all have the financial freedom that tons of people are looking for.

Now I am not going to give you the link to some fancy sales page and show you countless videos about my business. Those aren't great odds of succeeding.

I am not a real flashy person in general, and I thought to myself why would I want my business to be like that. I would rather stay true to my values and run a business based on trust and morals and relationship building.
