Reality TV Comedy Idea "Celebrity Beach House Reality TV Show" is Taking Off in San Diego

pitched every day in Hollywood but one San Diego based show is starting to
get looks from large Hollywood studios and according to the show co producer

launching the show on Youtube.com I feel we have come up with even more hilarious
content, situations and unique fun for our San Diego cast and the Hollywood
celebrities who come down to visit and "be a local".

With the first few weeks of writing going into the new"Celebrity Beach House
Reality TV Show" one thing is for certain and that is this reality TV comedy
is going to offer something that "reality tv has not seen before".

The show is scripting in some "Saturday Night Live type" skits and characters,
along with some special segments including "Pastor Pat The Freeway Preacher
from Hell" and his "stories" marrying couples and his crazy opinions and
requests to marry ANY Hollywood celebrities.

Comedy writer and show executive producer Sean Callahan is refining and creating the concept
of the show and beginning to develop themes and some regular bits for the characters
to carry the show and get it off the ground. "Creating a reality tv comedy show
requires talent from many sources and many of the TV show castings include
models, students and uniquely talented people in the San Diego area", Callahan said.

"We got one person who is a talented juggler and acrobat and he is willing to
perform on the show along with a long list of other San Diego performers, actors,

actresses, comedians and musicians", said reality TV show spokesperson Mark Fitzgerald
"We are trying to come up with creative ways to bring in to use all the talent and
the unique setting we have being at the beach in San Diego. Being able to go out
and have fun in the most beautiful beach communities for us is an added bonus
and something we want to script in".

The reality comedy takes place out of the beach condo of SoCal Beaches Magazine
and Media publisher Sean Callahan in Mission Beach San Diego and revolves around
his beach lifestyle and swimsuit modeling friends. "It has been referred to as a 2012

verson of "Waynes World", except instead of public broadcasting cable this show
is being launched via YouTube.com primarily". Our goal is to get the show picked up
by a network or larger production company and expand our viewership",
Fitzgerald continued.

With the SoCal Beaches Magazine YouTube.com page getting close to 10 million
video views Callahan is betting that the "behind the scenes" at the beach pad
footage will find a home with viewers all over the world. "People love the Southern
California beach lifestyle and therefore shows like "Baywatch" were able to get

a world wide audience. Our reality comedy features the same hot bikini models
but in a fun and comedic setting and not scripted one", Callahan finished.
