Recordsforce First Scanning Services Company in the Nation to Successfully Complete SSAE 16-Type II Audit

Recordsforce’s SSAE-16 Type II drives compliance to an auditor-approved list of control objectives in two major areas: (i) document conversion services, and (ii) hosted management of its implementation of the Electronic Content Management System (ECMS), FileBound On-Demand. Recordsforce also stands ahead among its peers in having this audit for both these areas of operation. And though focused on the handling of financial records, especially accounts payable and explanation of benefits documents, the deployment of these practices benefits all Recordsforce clients.
