RedCandy Games’ TIC: Part 1 Released Today, June 21, 2011

New YORK ,New Jersey, Connecticut, New York, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) June 21, 2011 -- Today, June 21st 2011, RedCandy Games released their debut title, TIC:Part 1 on the Xbox Live Indie Marketplace. In TIC: Part 1, players take on the role of a unicycling, wall-drilling, helicoptering mining robot across the first three chapters of the 2.5D action-adventure platformer.

Artistically inclined, the title features lush hand-drawn 2D/3D artwork and a beautifully composed soundtrack paired with intuitively addictive play mechanics that genre-lovers have come to expect. The game was developed using RedCandy Games' proprietary engine, JawBreaker, giving the title breath-taking depth (supporting limitless layers), realistic particle physics and gorgeous bloom/camera effects.

Recently TIC:Part 1 took home multiple awards from the RPI Gamefest including 1st place and people’s choice, sponsored by Agora Games, Vicarious Visions, and Zynga. The game has been featured across popular indie/core gaming press including Joystiq, Gamergeddon, XBLAFans, XBLA Ratings, Armless Octopus, N4G and is a nominee in the Indie Games Summer Uprising.
