Heaterwerks: Reliable Hot Runner Sourcing Now Restored to Molders and the Plastics Industry.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
(Free-Press-Release.com) October 8, 2009 -- (Elk Grove Village, IL) In today’s economy, it’s no secret that returns are at an all-time high. Companies that build medical equipment, process plastics, deliver foodservice, and create textiles and packaging are suffering from reduced service and longer delivery times because suppliers of their critical thermal components are pulling back.
Dean Stojka, president of Heaterwerks, Inc. says, “We’re expanding to fill the void. After so many years in the industry—seeing what’s gone right and what’s gone wrong—I’m creating a company that does it right.”

While competitors are cutting back, Heaterwerks is investing in the infrastructure to drive the leading edge of quality, innovation and service. For example, Heaterwerks recently moved into a new facility in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, and now has the space and capacity it needs to handle its expanded product lines.
“Now we can deliver what our customers really want and depend on: Reliability,” says Stojka. “They need reliable components delivered on a reliable schedule. And our experienced team is expert at providing just that.”

Heaterwerks’ Hot Runner Systems core team, formerly with Fast Heat Hot Runner, has been working together for over 30 years. They excel in high-quality engineered Hot Runner systems, as well as stock components, manifold systems and temperature controllers. Heaterwerks’ offerings include new lines of heating elements and sensors, including cartridge heaters, band heaters and strip heaters. The speed at which these lines are growing indicates that the success of Heaterwerks’ clients depends on these critical components.
“There’s no point in doing anything unless you do it right,” says Stojka, “so here at Heaterwerks, we do it right.”
The new Heaterwerks facility includes expanded space and new equipment for the Quality Control team, strengthening the already rigorous inspection process that assures reliability.
“Our customers depend on their critical thermal systems—so they must have quality, reliability, and performance,” says Stojka. “At Heaterwerks, we walk in integrity with those values.”
