Resavacs raises €2.2M from BNP Paribas Private Equity

(Free-Press-Release.com) July 13, 2010 -- Resavacs, which publishes the anyresa.com rental engine, has finalized a new round of financing. The company announced the raising of €2.2M from funds managed by BNP PARIBAS Private Equity. This operation was conducted with the assistance of law firm Dumas Structure which specializes in restructuring and M&A.
This financing follows a first round of €500,000 carried out in 2009 and received from business angels.

Created in January 2008, Resavacs launched its anyresa.com portal in December 2008. The anyresa.com rental engine, which unites the major players in the rental market, offers more than 200,000 rental offers from 21 partners such as Abritel, HomeAway, Pierre & Vacances, Maeva, Interhome, Locations & Vacances, Always On Vacation, etc.

Resavacs plans to spend the raised funds to strengthen its public relations, internationalize its business and export its free search engine, already found on the sites AVendrealouer.fr and Meteocity.fr.

This fundraising will allow Resavacs to improve the already significant market positioning of the anyresa.com portal. Anyresa.com has registered over one million visits and ranks fifth in the Nielsen 'Hotels and Guides Hoteliers' category in May 2010 (Source: Nielsen - NetRatings - May 2010)
