On January 29th, 2011, 105 projects submitted by 50 of the Washington area remodelers and Design/Build firms received awards for creativity and craftsmanship. The National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) Metro DC Chapter awarded Landis Construction with eight awards: Grand award for Residential Exterior Under $100k. Five Merit (2nd place) awards for: Residential Addition $100k - $250k, Residential Kitchen $100k - $150k, Residential Bathroom Over $60k, Residential Kitchen Under $50k, and Commercial Interior. They also received two Finalist Awards: one for Residential Addition $250k - $500k and the other for Residential Kitchen Over $150k.

“The Capital CotY Awards are the highest honor in the remodeling industry,” said Chris Landis, Architect and Principal. Landis Construction is a proud member and one of the most experienced in a local industry of high quality builders in the NARI Metro DC Chapter. The NARI Metro DC Chapter is one of the largest and most talented group in the country. Twenty-five projects completed by DC firms won Capitol CotY Awards.
