On April 13th, Lala’s will be offering a delicious four course gluten-free dinner paired with fantastic wine. Last fall the dinner was a complete hit, the restaurant was booked with folks who all eat a gluten-free diet. Lala’s Wine Bar + Pizzeria offers a full gluten-free menu in an effort to allow those with this dietary need a safe place to enjoy the finer things in life - dining out with friends, drinking great wine and gluten-free beer. At Lala’s, the gluten-free individual has as many options as a traditional diner; every item on the standard menu is offered in a gluten-free version.

Gluten is a protein found in wheat, barley and rye. An ever-growing population is choosing to remove gluten from their diet. It was the celiac population who first eliminated gluten from their diet out of necessity; even a small amount of gluten can cause a severe immune response for a celiac.
