FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
(Free-Press-Release.com) May 19, 2010 -- WESTFIELD, N.J. – In a compelling, inspiring account, N.J. author Veronika Jordan relates how a life of crime and desperation brought her to rock bottom and long hard journey to restoration. The book, “You Have the Right to Remain Silent,” releases nationwide this week.

Forty-year-old Jordan seemed to have it all: a home in Los Angeles with her husband and two sons, a nursing job she loved, and the nice things she’d always wanted. But she still couldn't find the approval she secretly sought. Soon her life was spiraling out of control, and she found herself in the one place she never expected to be: prison.

Even after her release, Jordan’s life was still upside down. It wasn’t until she made the decision to break the downward spiral that her life began to change. With Alcoholics Anonymous and the beginning of a relationship with God, Jordan found the restoration her heart had longed for all those desperate years. Prepare to be heart-broken by her story and inspired by her strength and miraculous recovery.

Published by Tate Publishing and Enterprises, the book is available at any bookstore nationwide or can be ordered through the publisher at www.tatepublishing.com/bookstore or by visiting barnesandnoble.com, amazon.com or target.com.

Jordan has been involved in prison ministry for many years. Today she is a young senior surprising and capturing audiences with her story and testimony. She encourages hundreds of people with family members who are incarcerated and others who have spouses or children struggling with drugs or alcohol. She continues to attend AA meetings where she shares her experience, strength, and hope. Jordan also speaks at retreats and seminars for people in all types of recovery. She now also cares for Alzheimer’s patients and the elderly with special needs.
