RidgeTek launches new service that provides pre-installation planning through installation and support for Microsoft’s Dynamics CRM 2011 product for small to mid-market companies.

This new service fits into RidgeTek’s strategy of offering to businesses solutions and products that increase the company’s ability to perform better due to better information and processes.

The CRM services for Dynamics CRM 2011 will allow the company that wishes to have Sales Force Automation, Marketing Campaign Management or Customer Service processes implemented. Microsoft Dynamics CRM supports all three areas via its hosted or on-premises system. RidgeTek service offering combines consulting with implementation services.

The RidgeTek CRM process is to initially survey the needs and existing information within the company then design a complete set of steps to the successful launch of their CRM system. This can include data loading, custom CRM changes, integration to other company systems such as ERP or data warehouses, and finally training and support.
