RIFSE-Belarus Announces Innovative Business Platform Targeting main Products and Services

The site, www.niipb.deal.by, is designed in direct response to what the customer really wants. It gives customers detailed information, close-up photographs of all RIFSE-Belarus development work, quality products, international cooperation development and opportunities.

RIFSE-Belarus International cooperation Dpt. says: «At our organization we have always taken customer care very seriously, talking and listening to our customers and taking their views on board. Over the last years we have conducted a series of informal research programs and the results have influenced the new website content. Our customers want to be able to choose on-line, to see the products and find out who we are and how we work. We are continually innovating and improving our products and services. The new website is the natural next step. As a result, we will continue to refine our products and services to meet customer needs now and in the future».
The company has experienced phenomenal growth since its foundation in 2000. The priority directions of the Institute (RIFSE-Belarus) are scientific support of fire safety for national economic entities, fire prevention and fire fighting, rescue and wrecking operations, development and improvement of normative documents of the Fire Prevention System of Normalization and Standardization, normative documents in the field of fire fighting and emergencies elimination, occupational safety, health and social protection of the Ministry for Emergency Situations.
