Right To Know Request From Dauphin Co. PA Information Linked To Deleted Missing Computer Court Entry

(Free-Press-Release.com) September 25, 2009 -- BREAKING NEWS- I.C.C. has submitted a RIGHT TO KNOW REQUEST FORM to the Dauphin Co.PA, Right To Know Officer, J. Scott Burford. The requested information is associated and/or linked to Dauphin Co. PA. Irrevocable/SEALED Case Number 2008-CV-2206-NT. An entry was made as members of our staff witnessed, Ms. A. Redmond a Dauphin Co. Prothonotary Office Clerk enter and placed in the case history and Judgment notes,a large Consent/Confessed/Foreign Judgment & damage amount against some 219 Defendants.

Sometime, according to our investigation, an employee and/or official at the Prothonotary Office, accessed the above 2008 civil case, then deleted, purged and altered that entry made by Ms. Redmond on February 25, 2008, which was noted and indexed as the largest civil judgment entered in Dauphin County, PA and one of the largest in PA State histiry.

The information requested is part of the public record, originally. However, we have been told by Ms. Burford in a letter dated September 15, 2009, that a, "legal review is necessary to determine whether the record(s) is a record subject to access under the Right To Know Law, says Mr. Burford, Right To Know Officer".

The question is, the information or records are always part of the publc records. However, if it is determined, because it is clear Ms. Redmonds First, original entry made was altered, deleted and purged from the court computer database and electronic files, we have a violation of state and federal laws, and computer theft, fraud, among other charges and statutes violated by this official. WE HAVE A CRIME! Thus the records requested become part of a criminal investigation, work product as well as evidence.

Complaint as already been filed with the FBI Computer Crime Center on this subject. Know we even have NEW information as we reported that, in February 2008, 13 separate envelopes were stuffed by Ms. Redmond and other Court staff which included copies of the various Court and Judgment Orders entered. According to our sources, these envelopes were never mailed as addressed to the Defendants. A separate complaint was forwarded and/or mailed to the United States Postal Inspector, for mail theft, fraud, conspiracy, among other federal statutes that may have been violated, by Dauphin Co. PA officials not mailled and/or interfering with mail matter that had been processed for mailing delivery to 13 plus separate Defendants.

This entire case and situation seems to never have an end.
