Ripoff Report: Removing A Negative Complaint!

Do let us take a moment to respond to the un-named person who is hurling false accusations against FingerBiz.Com.

(Isn't it interesting how the accuser can always get away without revealing who they are? Needless to say this would make it very easy for any competitor to use 'scam sites', and this dishonest ploy, in an attempt to discredit a rival).

This un-named person attempted to steal the BizPak by making a purchase and then asking for a refund. Our return policy is clearly stated on our website. Which can be seen at:

It is also stated in other places throughout our site like:

We do not offer returns on digital products (much like software companies) for this very reason: dishonest buyers.

FingerBiz.Com is a membership, not affiliate program. The members actually RECEIVE the digital downloads (unlike with affiliate programs where they don't get the products).

On a related side note: 'RipOff Report' does not seem to give equal 'space' to rebuttals against false claims. It took us a while to even find the rebuttal link. Most likely the people reading the false claim won't even see our rebuttal.

If you or your company has been a victim of false reports filed on sites like Ripoff Report take heart. You can create a blog, or some other means for your customers to offer positive comments about your product or service.

Most intelligent buyers will research deeper than just a 'scam site'. Once they see that your patrons like your product, or service, the negative reports may actually increase your sales. This has certainly been the case with us.
