THECARLOFT GOES TO THE “TOP OF THE WORLD”
FOR PALM BEACH INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL LAUNCH EVENT

April 13, 2010 (Palm Beach) Florida - Delray Beach, known for its ambitious projects and dedication to market the city and its spectacular features and venues, is pleased to announce it’s newest venue, Worthing Place, will play host to the 15th annual Palm Beach International Film Festival’s Event Launch party this year. Worthing Place, in the heart of Atlantic Avenue, is the largest and most exiting residential project ever built in this vibrating area.

Owner, Operator and Founder of Worthing Place, William Morris alongside the project’s newest addition and partner Charles B. Andrews, have a great touch for selecting new ideas to promote the project. Therefore, it is no surprise that Andrews partners now with the upcoming stunning new venture from Rob “Vanilla Ice” VanWinkle and his partner, Dr. Hans Reinisch, called: THECARLOFT.

This luxurious 22 unit Car showroom and drive-in community is planned for opening in 2011 in Delray Beach, just around the corner from the city’s vibrant downtown Atlantic Avenue scene. The project, still in pre-construction phases, has been generating much ‘buzz’ amidst celebrity circles, being dubbed “THE hang-out in Delray Beach”.

“We are pleased to announce that ‘THECARLOFT’ and our partner SCX, Supercar experience, well-known for the yearly West Palm Beach events with the coolest, fastest and most expensive rides around have collectively chosen the upcoming event at the Palm Beach International Film Festival Launch to promote our premiere project,” said Dr. Reinisch.

On April 22nd, up to 500 V.I.P. will celebrate the start of the Festival on the “Rooftop of the World” in Delray Beach. THECARLOFT will have spectacular collectibles and high-end cars at the venue, and the party will be setting a new standard for night time entertainment in Delray Beach.

VIPs from the entertainment industry, and local celebrities, surrounded by antique and super cars, will party on top of the Delray Beach scenery.
