ROK Builders Announce Projects In Florida

(Free-Press-Release.com) December 22, 2011 -- WILTON, NH – ROK Builders, LLC, the wholly owned hotel construction management subsidiary of Roedel Companies, LLC, has been awarded the contracts to remodel and update facilities for La Quinta Corporation’s La Quinta Inn & Suites Miami Airport West and Ft. Lauderdale Airport Florida. These projects include renovations to all guestrooms, bathrooms, corridors and public areas. Both hotels will remain open during the project which will be completed in January 2012.

The La Quinta Corporation operates and provides franchise services to more than 800 hotels in the United States, Canada and Mexico under La Quinta Inns and La Quinta Inn & Suites brands. The hotel operator is implementing a new design scheme for its La Quinta Inn & Suites properties which are designed for longer stays. The interiors of selected hotels are being completely renovated and will feature spacious lobbies and new fitness facilities. Guest rooms and bathrooms will also be updated with new fixtures, décor and furniture.

With over forty-five years of hotel ownership, construction insight and operations experience, ROK Builders has completed more than forty new build and renovation projects along with over twenty major maintenance assignments. ROK Builders recently completed PIPs, major maintenance and spot renovations for the La Quinta Corporation this fall.
