Rubber World Industries to launch four new products at ‘The Big 5 2011’

Rubber World Industries (RWI), the leading manufacturer of closed-cell rubber insulation 'Gulf-O-Flex' in the Gulf and South East Asia, and part of the international business conglomerate, the Shaikhani Group of Companies, has announced its participation at this year’s edition of ‘The Big 5 International Building & Construction Show,’ the largest gathering of the construction industry in the Middle East, which will be held from November 21, 2011 to November 24, 2011 at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre (DICEC). During the exhibition, the leading company is set to launch four new rubber based products, which includes slitting tubes, slitting tubes with adhesives, cladding tubes, cladding sheets and sheets with aluminum. The company will also be showcasing its latest line of insulation, cladding tubes and sheets, adhesive tapes and other HVAC products. RWI has revealed that sales revenue for the third quarter of 2011 has already reached over AED 50 million and its participation at ‘The Big 5’ show is part of the company’s strategic thrust towards reaffirming its commitment to customers and strengthening its brand value in the region.

RWI’s broad portfolio consist of eco-friendly, cost effective rubber based insulated products that boast of strong features like ready to be used without wastage, dust free, fiber free, CFC free, zero ODP and have low VOC, making them mold and mildew resistant. The new line of products will be widely distributed across leading GCC countries like Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Saudi Arabia and the UAE. At ‘The Big 5’ show, the company will be leveraging its products across a target audience of MEP contractors, HVAC specialists, AC spare-parts dealers, representatives from the Oil & Gas fields and the construction industry. RWI senior executives have shared that the launch of the four new products are aimed at meeting the growing demand for elastomeric rubber insulated products, which are considered to be an essential building material in today's batch of construction and development projects for its durability and competitive pricing. Also being launched are other rubber insulated products like slit tubes with and without adhesive, continuous coil tubes, coloured tubes, white tubes with adhesive, white tubes without adhesive, slit tubes in colors and Class 0 and Class 1 insulation tubes.

The company has also revealed the opening of new offices across countries like the UAE, Oman, Pakistan, South Africa and India. Also, the new office in Houston, Texas has been opened to cover Latin and South America. With the entry of 2012 just a few months away, the company has announced plans to invest USD 5 million towards the rebuilding of its production facility in Ajman, which will include the installation of more production lines for rubber foam and aluminum foil tape.
