Most cleansers on the market today create a vicious cycle of leaving residues that will create problems later! (maybe that is what they want)

So what

you want to use is a product with a rare combination of attribute, namely the ability (with surfactants) to bring the cleaning chemistry in full contact with the floor and any microbial growth; the ability to penetrate the Chitin and oils and float them to the surface; and with an effective biocide.

Daily keeping the spores that land from growing will be a simple (fundamental) approach to managing a pesky and sometimes costly problem!

To say a product breaks down completely is not to say how long it takes for that process to complete. The faster in environmental breakdown the better!
