After years of market research in both Paris and Los Angeles, French designer Patrick Foucart was convinced that American women could benefit from his experience of combing quality formulas with a simple yet chic design at a fraction of the cost of competitors. “The lower price point beauty products I saw on the market lacked elegance and seemed juvenile.
