All products sold in the store are certified 100% organic from vendors all over the country. Petals is one of only health food stores in America to carry Shōjin-ryōri, the Buddhist vegetarian cuisine of Japan.

Samuel Dushey created LeTrim Exercise, LLC in 2005 to meet the organic and holistics needs of the exercising community. He deeply believes in the union of the mind, body and spirit, and every exercise facility he designs is created just for that purpose.
