San Francisco HVAC Company, Ortiz Heating and Air Conditioning, will be relocating their main office to a new warehouse location in Burlingame. The move was initiated based on the need for additional resources and expansion. The company has seen tremendous growth in the past two years, and their need to expand their operational facility became glaringly obvious. The new location will provide the company with the space needed for additional equipment, while maintaining a centralized location in the San Francisco Bay Area, allowing them to remain accessible to the North Bay, South Bay, East Bay, and Peninsula. While the company will be relocating their main office, their remote offices in Contra Costa and Oakland will remain open for business.
