San Jose Fitness Enthusiasts to Get “Hit” by East Coast Fitness Personality Rocco Castellano

(Free-Press-Release.com) August 4, 2009 -- Participants at the lifeSport Fitness early morning fitness boot camp (http://www.lifesportbootcamp.com) are about to experience a workout they’ll never forget when celebrity fitness trainer Rocco Castellano comes to San Jose.

At 6 am, Friday August 14th, Castellano, with his no holds barred attitude and New York accent, will put boot camp participants through his all body weight, no-muscle-left-untouched workout saturated with Italian anecdote and irreverent candor. Castellano, a colleague of lifeSport Fitness President, Becky Williamson, is visiting California to prepare a Miss USA contestant for her upcoming California pageant.

Once Williamson learned of Castellano’s visit she immediately decided her boot camp class should get a workout “Rocco” style while he is in San Jose. “Rocco is a unique character…one that words really can’t describe and can only be experienced…in person. Rocco looks and acts like his last name should be "Soprano". He is raw and absolutely uncensored. Boot campers are either going to laugh, cry, or put a ‘hit’ on him! Not sure which! In any case, they’ll get a great workout they’ll never forget”, jokes Williamson.

Castellano, a New Jersey native, is known for his “tell is like it is” attitude when it comes to getting in shape and losing weight. “The fatter you are the more work you have to do. Fitness and weight loss takes work. Hard work…not excuses” says Castellano, sounding more like a mob boss than a fitness expert.

Castellano will guest instruct on Friday, August 14th from 6:00-6:50 am outdoors in the John Muir Middle School quad, located at 1260 Branham Lane, San Jose, 95118.
