The process to make sand is usually as following: the raw material get primary crushing in coarse crusher, then via belt conveyor, they get secondary crushing in fine crusher, then the vibrating screen separates them into two parts. The finer materials go to sand maker, the bigger sizes are reverted into the fine crusher for recrushing. After screening, some of the output sizes from sand maker will be washed by sand washer and become the final products; the unsuitable sizes will be reverted and crushed again.
