The service is complimentary for a limited time, after which it can be purchased for a small fee, and includes things such as lockout assistance and towing.

Volvo’s On Call membership is complimentary with every new Volvo for four years from the day the car is picked up. On Call is also renewable after the four years through the On Call AdvantageSM* Program for a small annual fee.

On Call Roadside Assistance is available 24 hours a day. Services provided by roadside assistance include computerized trip routing and map service, lockout assistance, jump-starting, changing a flat tire, emergency gasoline delivery, towing, and Volvo retailer locator. The service also provides trip interruption expense benefits, car rental discounts, and car theft protection reward.

When a driver is in need of roadside assistance, they simply call On Call at 1-800-638-6586. The service is provided through independent and licensed towers throughout the United States. When a car is in need of towing, it will be taken to the nearest Volvo retailer, if possible. If not, it will be taken to the nearest Volvo authorized repair facility.
