Sandlot, LLC adds five Texas hospitals to its Health Information Exchange Platform

Fort Worth based HIE provider integrates five additional Texas Health Resources hospitals aiming to improve efficiency and clinical care

Nearly 2 million patient records are housed in SandlotConnect, providing hospital emergency department physicians and other care providers a comprehensive, longitudinal view of real-time patient data to improve patient outcomes at all points of care.
