Fast-Start Project Management for the Contingency and Stability Operations Environment is a comprehensive introductory 4-day course for project managers. For more experienced PMs the firm now offers Project Management on the Edge; Advanced Concepts for Austere Environments which is an intensive 3-day program covering more advanced project management concepts such as calculating Earned Value Management (EVM).

In theory, these services can be executed better, faster and cheaper by private contractors. That is only true if the projects and the programs they roll up to are executed efficiently,” says Dwyer.
