2) Set Realistic Goals- set goals that you know that is possible for you to achieve. Try and aim to lose a couple of pounds a week and not 20 pounds a week. Your habits, whether it’s good or bad is the key to your success in weight loss.

3) Stay Motivated- staying motivated is one of the most important factors. You must remember everyday the great benefits of having a healthy body. Try seeking emotional support from your significant other, family, and or friends because they would be the only people that want what’s best for you.

Joining a weight loss program can be a great idea and a good first step to success.Therefore, with time, mental toughness, and support that will be the key to lose weight and to change lifetime bad habits.
