Security guarding officer saves life of civilian

(Free-Press-Release.com) November 4, 2009 -- The actions of Security Guarding Officer, Norman Barnes have saved the life of a civilian at Northfield Shopping Centre in Birmingham while attending an incident within Iceland on Thursday 15th October.

When Norman arrived at the store he was informed that a member of the public had fallen ill. Norman quickly established that resuscitation was required and administered CPR. Norman was then assisted after a short time by a nurse who happened to be in the centre. All these actions took place prior to the Ambulance Services arriving.
