SENATOR LOREN LEGARDA IS THE BEST CANDIDATE FOR VICE PRESIDENTIAL SEAT

With a 359-mark bills that the lady senator co-/authored as of 2009, with seven eventually passing through as laws, the non-lawyer Legarda takes the spot as the most efficient lawmaker on the Vice-Presidential roster. The seven laws that she co-/authored put her third, alongside Senator Bong Revilla, on the list of senators who saw bills turned into law.
