I required a of headphones that were going to satisfy my listening desires - MUSIC, DVDs, and GAMING. I couldn't believe the sound quality that came from these babies. One would be hard pressed to acquire another pair of headphones that provided this level of sound quality for the money.

Sound Quality

I discovered the sound quality to be crystal clear with all my transportable devices. I heard no distortion when listening to any or all sorts of music varieties with Sennheisers

HD 555 headphones. I could actually hear the singer inhaling when singing or the guitar player running his hand across the strings. It was like being there LIVE.

I experienced the level of quality when listening to my favorite movies or playing video games. These babies are astounding. I felt like I was in the middle of the Colosseum in the movie Gladiator when the crowd would cheer when a Gladiator was killed.

Comfort

If you wear glasses you know what a pain it can be sporting headsets. With other headphones, I couldn't wear them for long periods of time. They would thrust the frames of my glasses into the side of my head. Not with Sennheisers HD 555 headphones, they have a velour ear pads that make it easy for those of

us who wear glasses. I've had no problems wearing these babies for long periods of time.

These are not the lightest headphones I've owned, they weight about 9.2 ounces (260 g). I havn't found this to be a huge deal. I have been able to wear these headphones for long lengths of time with no problems.

Affordability

When it comes to cost to worth, the Sennheiser HD 555 headsets over deliver. Why acquire high end headsets when these babies deliver more bang for the buck. These are an amazing set of headsets. I found Amazon to be the most cost effective place to buy a pair.


Overall, I'm very thrilled with my Sennheiser HD 555 headphones. I plan on enjoying these for years to come . I have no problem recommending these headphones to anyone searching for quality headphones at a cheap cost.
