But, in an amazing display of determination and persistence, Serotonen, the dynamic emerging band from New Jersey that recently released its self-titled debut CD, has marshalled the votes necessary to command a lead in the top spot on The Chart now of more than 1,100 votes.

Every musician with a MySpace page with at least three original songs who has been interviewed on Alive with Clive is eligible to be voted into The Alive with Clive Top 20. A song from each musician who is in The Alive with Clive Top 20 on the day voting ends will be included on a compilation CD to be sold to raise at least a billion dollars for people suffering from AIDS and to prevent the further spread of AIDS in South Africa.

At this stage, 65 musicians are in the running for a slot in The Alive with Clive Top 20, but several more will become eligible in the months ahead after they have been interviewed on Alive with Clive.

Clive is currently engaged in exploring ways to collaborate with influential partners to boost the awareness of The Alive with Clive Top 20, to raise funds for AIDS victims before The Alive with Clive Top 20 compilation CD is created, to create benefit concerts for the musicians who are eligible to be in The Alive with Clive Top 20, and to increase the likelihood that he will achieve his goal of raising at least a billion dollars to combat AIDS from the sale of The Alive with Clive Top 20 compilation CD as soon as possible.
