A word of advice for those of you with fitness goals:

Start out slow initially. The tendency for people who want to make exercise a priority who have been living a sedentary lifestyle is to shoot out of the gate sprinting. Unfortunately, that is a recipe for injury as your body has been de-conditioned for so long that it cannot sustain that drastic change in activity level, which can easily result in strains or sprains. Instead, give yourself a solid week of increased activity relative to what you have been doing lately to give your body a preview of what is to come. From there, you will be in a better position to handle the higher demand and heavy workload you plan on undertaking.
