Job Responsibilities:

•To provide full secretarial and administrative support activities for the Food & Beverage Department Head, including the handling, preparation and writing of correspondence, establishment and maintenance of various filing / records / database, tracing pending issues and following up as appropriate, screening telephone calls and organizing appointments and meetings

• To liaise with Restaurant Managers, Team Leaders and Associates in relation to necessary follow up on queries, deadlines, requests and special functions instigated by the F&B Department Head
•To update and clearly disseminate relevant information to associates
•To be familiar with Food & Beverage operations.

Job Specification:

•Able to speak, read, write and understand English & Cantonese
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
