Course Objective:
The objective of this workshop is to provide an introduction to financial statement preparation following an accounting software session for small business owners to record and manage their financial transactions.

Description:
This three session workshop is designed to equip current and potential small business owners to manage and organize their financial data.

Level 1 - Introductory to QuickBooks 2010, starting company books and learning how to navigate through QuickBooks.
Level 2 - Recording sales, payments, and deposits. Tracking inventory and printing vendor and customer reports.
Level 3 - Taxation and payroll.

Course Format:
Computers /laptops will be provided for sessions.

Course Materials:
Handouts will be provided and booklets will be provided.
Prerequisites: Participants must have basic computer skills which includes loading and moving between company files.
